This policy explains what personal data RhinoQuant ("we", "I") collects when you use rhinoquant.com and how it is used, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Contact and quote forms — your name, e-mail address and message. Used only to answer you and to prepare an offer.
• Comments (when available) — your name, e-mail address and comment text. E-mail addresses are never published.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept for security and to prevent abuse.
• Analytics — anonymous, aggregated visit statistics without cookies that identify you.

Legal basis

We process data to answer your requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purchases

Products are sold through the MQL5 Market. Payment and licence data are processed by MetaQuotes under their own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details.

Storage and deletion

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up project, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us through the contact page.
